BEER SCIENCE NIGHT with BATES

Come listen to Grace, a Bates Undergrad, along with Merritt Waldron (Baxter Brewing Quality Director) and Dr. Lori Banks (Assistant Professor of Biology at Bates) share exciting information about Grace’s research experience at Baxter Brewing. You will learn how iso-alpha acids (IBUs) are measured, its implications on beer flavor and updates on how information is being used!

There are two sessions to select from: 5:30 pm or 7:00 pm.
