Jenn Lever serves as President of Baxter Brewing Co., where she leads the company’s strategic vision, operations, and commitment to brewing excellence. With a strong background in engineering and leadership, Jenn brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to Maine’s craft beer industry.

Since joining Baxter, she has focused on strengthening the brewery’s culture, expanding distribution, and creating innovative craft beers that stay true to the company’s adventurous spirit. Jenn is passionate about building a workplace that empowers employees, supports the community, and celebrates the creativity at the heart of craft brewing.

Prior to her role at Baxter, Jenn built a career in engineering and manufacturing management, gaining experience in process improvement, operations, and organizational leadership. She is known for her collaborative approach, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to fostering growth in both people and brands.

Outside of the brewery, Jenn is an advocate for Maine’s local businesses and enjoys spending time outdoors, embracing the same adventurous spirit that Baxter Brewing was founded on.
